Customized pieces typically take 3-4 weeks for production. Once completed, they are shipped via insured express delivery which takes 2-5 business days.

Yes, every purchase includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We also provide one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection per year.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard collection items in original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale.
