Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original display box and include all authentication certificates; pack everything securely in a padded shipping box.

  Affix Prepaid Label

  Attach the provided insured prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
